What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and — if you give them — your email address, country, travel dates and party size, together with the page you enquired from.

Why

To answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange permits, accommodation and transport. Permit applications require passport details, which we collect separately and only after you book.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to deliver your trip: the Department of Immigration and permit-issuing bodies, airlines, hotels and our guides. We do not sell contact details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Booking records are kept as long as required for tax and regulatory purposes.

Your choices

Write to info@chandrasuryatours.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.

Analytics

We measure page visits to understand which trips people look at. This website sets no advertising cookies.
