Where we file most often
Hong Kong, the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, and across Asia — Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, China and the Gulf states. Indian travel needs no visa for Nepali citizens, but we still prepare the identity documents that the border and the airlines ask for.
What the work actually is
Most refusals are not decisions about the traveller. They are missing papers: a bank statement covering the wrong months, an employer letter without a registration number, a hotel booking that does not match the dates on the form, a photograph at the wrong size. We go through the checklist for the specific mission you are applying to, tell you what is missing while there is still time to get it, and check the file once more before it is submitted.
What we do not do
We do not promise outcomes. Nobody honestly can — the decision belongs to the embassy and to nobody else, and any agent who guarantees a visa is selling something they do not have. What we can do is make sure an application is never refused because a document was missing or a form was filled in wrongly.
