Bandipur & Gorkha is a 1-night, 2-day tour costing NPR 7,000 per person. It combines the Newari hill town of Bandipur with Gorkha, the hill fort from which Prithvi Narayan Shah unified Nepal. The itinerary includes Gorkha Durbar, Gorakhkali Temple, Gorakhnath Cave and the Gorkha Museum, alongside Bandipur bazaar, Siddha Cave and the Mini Great Wall.

Gorkha is where modern Nepal starts. The durbar on the ridge above the town is part palace and part fortress, and from its courtyard you can see most of the country the Shah kings went on to take. It pairs naturally with Bandipur, an hour and a half away.
